The Perlage Systems handheld pressurizer can be used with both the Perlage Champagne Preservation System AND the Perlini Cocktail Carbonating System. The cartridges used in both are the same, and the pressure used in both systems are the same.

Our handheld pressurizer has a highly compact pre-set regulator that restores the head space of the Champagne bottle to exactly the same CO2 pressure that existed in the bottle before uncorking. Just push the button and the flow of CO2 stops when the pressure is perfect.

The pressurizer is designed to be used with the 16-gram cartridges that we sell. It can, however, also be used with the more commonly available 8-gram CO2 cartridges, easily found in most supermarkets, when our 8-gram cartridge adaptor is used.
