Perlini Express is being offered as part of a limited pre-production technology preview. While the system is fully functional and performs as intended, some cosmetic elements — including packaging, graphics, and certain molded components — are not yet in their final production form.

Customers purchasing during this preview period will receive updated production components when available, at no additional charge. Core performance, safety, and operating characteristics are representative of the final production version.

Limited Release Perlini Express Carbonator

Perlini Express is a streamlined way to carbonate cocktails using different hardware from the classic Perlini Cocktail Shaker. It’s not the same product—but it delivers the core Perlini experience: fresh carbonation, on demand.

This product is being introduced in a small release while the classic shaker remains unavailable due to manufacturing costs and tariffs. Availability is intentionally constrained.

Perlini Express is a more accessible entry point into the Perlini ecosystem, using a simpler configuration and different hardware.

The shaker is both a carbonation vessel and a storage vessel. Didn't finish your carbonated cocktail? Just pressurize the bottle and throw it in the fridge.

One Commercial Basic Pressurizer
Spare valves

The Basic Commercial Pressurizer can either be attached to a stand-alone CO2 tank, or spliced into the high-pressure gas line of a bag-in-box soda gun system. If you intend to splice the pressurizer into your soda gun system, be sure to also order our Splice-in Adaptor Kit (SKU 400210).

Perlini Express is being released in a small initial run before we consider broader availability.

Perlini Express is not a replacement for the classic Perlini Cocktail System. The original shaker remains the flagship Perlini product, offering a more integrated and purpose-built experience. Manufacturing costs and tariffs have delayed its availability, and we continue to evaluate its return. If you’d prefer to wait for the classic Perlini Cocktail Shaker to return, we completely understand.
