Perlage Universal Cap Assembly

The Perlage cap screws to the clear shell of the enclosure. The cap houses the one-way valve that creates the air-tight seal with the bottle, and the filling disk that mates to the tip of the pressurizer during filling.

Note: The Perlage/Perlini Valve and red Perlage Filling Disk are included with the Perlage Cap Assembly. They can also be purchased separately; see Related Products below, Perlage/Perlini Valve (SKU 101130.2) and Perlage Filling Disk (SKU 101120.2).
