  Acai Berry Perlini

  Açaí contains several substances called anthocyanins and flavonoids, which are powerful antioxidants that help defend the body against life's stressors. But we just think it tastes good.

  1 oz	Acai berry juice
  1 oz	Absolut Vodka
  1 oz	Tanqueray Gin
  1/2 tsp	Lime juice
  1/2 tsp	Sugar

   

  • Mix all ingredients in Perlini; stir until sugar is dissolved;
  • Add ice;
  • Pressurize, shake vigorously for 5 seconds, let rest;
  • Garnish with lime twist.
