Perlini Expressis a streamlined way to carbonate cocktails using different hardware from the classic Perlini Cocktail Shaker. It’s not the same product—but it delivers the core Perlini experience: fresh carbonation, on demand.
This product is being introduced in a small release while the classic shaker remains unavailable due to manufacturing costs and tariffs. Availability is intentionally constrained.

Perlini Express is not a replacement for the classic Perlini Cocktail Shaker. The original shaker remains the flagship Perlini product, offering a more integrated and purpose-built experience. Manufacturing costs and tariffs have delayed its availability, and we continue to evaluate its return. If you’d prefer to wait for the classic Perlini Cocktail Shaker to return, we completely understand.

The Basic Commercial Pressurizer can either be attached to a stand-alone CO2 tank, or spliced into the high-pressure gas line of a bag-in-box soda gun system. If you intend to splice the pressurizer into your soda gun system, be sure to also order our Splice-in Adaptor Kit (SKU 400210).

The Commercial Pressurizer can be spliced into many common soda systems--contact us for details. It can also be used with a SodaStream cylinder for bartenders on the go.
