Our new Basic Model pressurizer is a simplified commercial pressurizer designed for accounts that need a durable, budget-friendly tool to keep Champagne properly carbonated after opening. It uses a solid brass CO₂ piston regulator paired with a coiled service hose and a commercial dispensing gun with a conical rubber tip for sealing Perlage enclosures.

This model delivers the same required pressure used in our Pro Model pressurizer, ensuring excellent carbonation performance—without the chrome finish, gauge assembly, or premium regulator body.

Installation Options:

The Basic Model can pressurize from:

  • A stand-alone CO₂ tank, or
  • An existing soda-gun CO₂ line using our optional Splice-In Adaptor Kit (sold separately--see Related Products below).

Splicing into your soda system eliminates the need for dedicated CO₂ refills and is a popular choice for high-volume bars and restaurants.
