This is the heart of the Perlage Champagne Preserver and the Perlini Cocktail Carbonator--this is the part that keeps the bubbles in. Made of food-grade Dynaflex thermoplastic elastomer, the valve is the only part of the Perlage System that actually comes in contact with the Champagne, ensuring that the delicate wine is not exposed to foreign materials or any nooks and crannies where residue could hide.
The same valve is used for both the Perlage System and the Perlini System, further ensuring great interoperability between the two products.
